Bacon cut into strips
Fry it under low fire
(to render the fat and crisp up the bacon 🥓)
Meanwhile boil water and cook pasta according to preference (which is al dante)
For the sauce, add double cream sauce (2 – 4 table spoon or more if you wish), egg yolk (2 or more), Parmesan cheese (3 or more table spoons) & freshly ground black pepper (to cut thru the thickness of the cream) into a bowl.
Once the pasta & bacon are done, put the pasta in the bacon. Turn off the fire. Mix it the pasta to coat with the yummy bacon oil. Then quickly pour in the sauce (being careful not to cook the egg in the sauce).
Serve once coated.
