Gastronomy: Coffee Jelly

1. Mix in 6 rounded teaspoons of gélatine to a pot of 500ml (2 cups)of water

2. Bring to a boil

3. Add 3 rounded/heaped table spoons (depending on personal preference) of coffee powder

4. Chill in glass of your choice for 2-3 hours or till firm.

5. Serve:
※Local flavour (chilled in an old school kopi cup) – with gula melaka syrup and evaporated milk
※Coffee house (chilled in a coffee cup) – with vanilla ice-cream
※Désigner (chilled in a shot glass) – with Bailey’s Irish cream or Kaluah and vanilla ice-cream

N.b. need not add sugar to gélatine mix
